Stephen Hansen Brown helped through the whole process. While viewing the property, Stephen asked additional questions about the property that I never would have thought to ask at the time. The answers of those questions truly helped solidify the bid on the property. The next step was placing an offer and negotiating a purchase price of the property. He gave his professional opinion when asked and pursued negotiations in the best interests of his client. Stephen also helped with the process with the inspection reports and making sure everything was corrected before the closing, in terms of the seller fixing/replacing anything or applying a credit on the purchase price. I’m sure I’m missing a lot of other items that Stephen did during this process, but these were the most important take aways from this experience. Nevertheless, I fully recommend using Stephen, especially for his complete dedication to his clients and his speedy response time to any questions or concerns. I will be using him in the future.
