Stephen is a consummate pro. Buying a home in LA isn’t easy but Stephen’s experience and fast communication throughout the process gave us peace of mind. It started with the initial walkthrough, answering all of our questions, through the exhaustive inspection phase (Stephen and his team handling all of the scheduling and making it a breeze) then negotiation and finally to closing. Constantly in touch at all hours (seriously, all hours). Now that we’ve moved in, the contractors/inspectors Stephen first provided–people that were thorough, transparent, and provided competitive prices–are now making this house a home.
